Owner and artist

Jeremiah

Tattoo artist, painter and muralist. Jeremiah runs Lions Den Art Collective in downtown Seguin, where the studio walls double as his gallery.

At the chair

Jeremiah tattoos by appointment only, one client at a time. His work runs from black and grey realism, like the panther walking down a forearm, to saturated full color framed in solid black. Every piece is drawn for the person and the spot it goes, after a conversation about the idea, the size and the placement.

See black and grey realism and color tattoos for how he approaches each.

Off the skin

Jeremiah paints as well as he tattoos. His canvases fill the walls of the studio: Texas landscapes like a cardinal over bluebonnets, tall portraits in blues and greys, and graffiti-style lettering in orange and cobalt. He hand-etches glass, too, and paints murals for walls that need one.

The studio

Lions Den Art Collective has been open since 2017. Today it sits on West Court Street in downtown Seguin, in a room full of light, plants and original art, set up for appointments rather than walk-ins so every session gets the time it needs.
